Frequently Asked Questions
How much do your services run?
Our standard hourly rate is $225/hr. (exclusive of costs), but we try to work with clients to offer rates and payment plans that fit their needs. Each client’s financial situation is different and we understand that. While we cannot say exactly how much a particular matter will cost, we are happy to setup individualized plans to fit the needs of our clients. The best way to determine how much it will cost you is to contact us and set up an initial consultation.
What do I do if you can’t handle my case?
If we cannot handle your case for any reason we will do everything possible to put you in contact with someone who can.
How quickly do you respond to clients/potential client’s messages?
We strive to respond to client and potential client messages the same day, but you can expect a response no later than the following business day.
Who will actually handle my case?
Denny Law Office is a solo practice, therefore Roy Denny handles all of his cases personally although from time to time we find partnering with other attorneys is beneficial to our clients.
