It's Business. It's Personal.

Denny Law Office, PLLC was founded by Roy Denny, a native of Louisville, KY. Roy was born and raised in Louisville, attended high school here, earned a bachelor’s degree and juris doctor from the University of Louisville, owns a century old home in the Old Louisville neighborhood with his wife (also a Louisville native), and has now started his own law practice in his hometown. Roy is a Louisvillian through and through.

This love for Louisville is woven into fabric of Denny Law Office. At its core, we’re dedicated to assisting people wanting to start small businesses and not for profit organizations in their quest to reach their dreams. We believe that a strong local economy of successful small business owners is one of the most vital ingredients to developing our progressive metropolitan city and maintaining Louisville’s signature southern charm. It is the passionate dreamers, who courageously step into the uncertain world of small business ownership that make this happen. We want to help make those first steps a little less uncertain.

Your business reflects a part of who you are. As part of our mission, we embrace the opportunity to get to know you as a person first and a client second. Your venture into entrepreneurism will challenge you on all levels, and we want to help you make that challenge a rewarding one. We recognize that your business is more than just a business; it’s personal.
